Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate; and be willing to provide help and guidance to others.

Responsibilities And Accountabilities
Ensuring Consistent Customer Satisfaction
  • Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.
  • Ensure all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s).
  • Ensure employees present a neat, clean appearance and wear the company uniform.
  • Prioritize customer needs and demonstrate this in your actions.
  • Maintain food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly, maintaining positive relations.
  • Greet customers with a smile, politeness, and professionalism.
  • Work with urgency and teamwork.
  • Show enthusiasm and maintain good attendance.
  • Understand and adhere to work schedules and timekeeping policies.
  • Take initiative, be proactive, and stay active during shifts.
  • Provide feedback and participate in training of team members.
  • Handle conflicts constructively and collaborate with RGM for resolutions.
Act Like an Owner
  • Assist with profit and loss management through cash control, inventory, and labor management.
  • Oversee food preparation, rotation, and safety standards.
  • Support facility maintenance and health standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements and Essential Functions
  • Preference for internal promotion from Hourly Champion.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Pass background check and drug test.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to stock, clean, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
  • Ability to manage and direct subordinate employees.
  • Standing, walking, and physical activity for most of the shift.

This role typically involves 30+ hours per week, subject to operational needs. Duties and responsibilities may change with or without notice.
