Job Functions
  1. Represent the Dairy Queen brand professionally and enthusiastically
  2. Greet and welcome fans warmly
  3. Exceed fan expectations with timely, quality service
  4. Assist in managing restaurant areas during shifts
  5. Lead the team to high performance, ensuring efficient workflow
  6. Support training and coaching of crew members
  7. Maintain organization and staffing levels
  8. Create a safe, clean, and inviting environment
  9. Handle customer concerns calmly and effectively
  10. Work cooperatively with management and team members
  11. Model high performance standards
  12. Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of high-volume quick service restaurant experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to supervise in a fast-paced setting
  • Knowledge of safe food handling practices
  • ServSafe certification
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
  • Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Good manners, hygiene, and punctuality
  • Maintain a positive attitude and have fun!
