Job summary

Crumbl Cookies in Muskegon, MI is hiring a Shift Lead to steer a busy bakery floor. You will supervise mixers and bakers, ensure smooth shifts, and help maintain our high standards for product quality and guest experience.

No prior baker experience is required, though it’s a plus. We value a positive attitude, teamwork, and reliability as you help bake, decorate, and transport cookies to customers while keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

The Shift Lead role will be responsible for leading a shift of mixers and bakers. No prior baker experience is necessary but is a plus! If you enjoy baking, have a positive attitude, are a team player and want to go home from work smelling like fresh-baked cookies, this job is for you!

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Leading your team who is:

• Operating various kitchen equipment: oven, mixer, etc.
• Making dough, balling dough, frosting and decorating cookies
• Maintaining proper storage of food products
• Maintaining cleanliness of the facility

Ensuring quality standards are met

Communicating with General Manager and other shifts

Creating a positive customer experience

Must be 18 years or older for the Shfit Lead position.
