Job summary

Crumbl is seeking a Shift Lead to guide a team of mixers and bakers in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will oversee operations, ensure cleanliness, and maintain high cookie quality and customer experience.

No prior bakery experience is required, but a positive attitude and teamwork are essential. As a Shift Lead, you will motivate your team, supervise equipment use, ensure food storage and safety, and coordinate with the General Manager and other shifts to deliver a consistent,

• Operating various kitchen equipment: oven, mixer, etc.
• Making dough, balling dough, frosting and decorating cookies
• Maintaining proper storage of food products
• Maintaining cleanliness of the facility
• Ensuring quality standards are met
• Communicating with General Manager and other shifts
• Creating a positive customer experience
• Must be 18 years or older for the Shift Lead position.

The Shift Lead role will be responsible for leading a shift of mixers and bakers. No prior baker experience is necessary but is a plus! If you enjoy baking, have a positive attitude, are a team player and want to go home from work smelling like fresh-baked cookies, this job is for you!
