Job summary

Crumbl Cookies in Raleigh, NC is hiring immediate Shift Leads to help produce cookies and supervise bakers during shifts. Part-time, permanent positions available.

No prior baker experience required but helpful; we value a positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn. You will provide customer service, operate kitchen equipment, bake and decorate cookies, and help maintain cleanliness and storage.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer service.
• Operating kitchen equipment: oven, scales, food processor, etc.

• Maintaining cleanliness of the facility.
• Assist in training and developing baker skills.
• Direct and implement tools and processes to assist Bakers in their daily functions.
• Give reports of shifts as needed.

Crumbl Cookies is hiring immediately for happy, cookie-loving Shift Leads to join their team!

Part-time, permanent positions are available.

The Shift Lead role will be mainly responsible for the production of our cookies as well as directing bakers during their working shifts! No prior baker experience is necessary but is a plus! If you enjoy baking, have a positive attitude, are a team player and want to go home from work smelling like fresh-baked cookies, this job is for you!

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing customer service
• Operating various kitchen equipment: oven, scales, food processor, etc.
• Making dough, balling dough, frosting and decorating cookies
