Job summary

Crumbl Cookies in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Shift Lead to guide a team of mixers and bakers in a fast-paced environment. No prior baker experience is required, but it’s a plus; bring a positive attitude and teamwork to the shift.

You will oversee equipment use, dough and decorating tasks, storage and cleanliness, uphold quality standards, and create a positive customer experience by communicating with the General Manager and other shifts.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old (must be 18 or older)
• No prior baker experience required, but it’s a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead your shift of mixers and bakers.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as oven and mixer.
• Make dough, ball dough, frosting and decorating cookies.
• Maintain proper storage of food products and keep the facility clean.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate with General Manager and other shifts.
• Create a positive customer experience.

The Shift Lead role will be responsible for leading a shift of mixers and bakers. No prior baker experience is necessary but is a plus! If you enjoy baking, have a positive attitude, are a team player and want to go home from work smelling like fresh-baked cookies, this job is for you!

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Leading your team who is:

• Operating various kitchen equipment: oven, mixer, etc.
• Making dough, balling dough, frosting and decorating cookies
• Maintaining proper storage of food products
• Maintaining cleanliness of the facility

Ensuring quality standards are met

Communicating with General Manager and other shifts

Creating a positive customer experience

Must be 18 years or older for the Shfit Lead position.
