Job summary

Push Operations is seeking a skilled baker to craft high-quality baked goods and provide friendly service. The role includes following Crumbl recipes, decorating items, and managing orders with attention to safety and presentation.

Responsibilities span greeting customers, taking payments, maintaining clean stations, stocking ingredients, and supporting deliveries and inventory. Flexibility for mornings, afternoons, and weekends is required, with a focus on consistent quality and timely service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage time and resources.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality checks.
• Basic math and computer skills for orders and records.
• Willingness to work mornings, afternoons, weekends as required.
• Ability to work independently or with others in a fast-paced bakery.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand Crumbl recipes.
• Decorating and displaying the finished product
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to
• ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
• Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries accurate and timely
• Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
