Crumbl Cookies is hiring immediately for Shift Leads to join their team!

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Shift Lead with remarkable skills, who will run a store effectively and with attention to detail.

Our Shift Lead candidates are required to be in constant contact with the staff and customers. They need to be able to ensure their staff provides the highest quality product and customer services and monitors the overall quality of the cookies we sell.

A shift lead will be responsible for leading employees and ensuring that the store operates efficiently during their assigned shift. Must be available to either open the store in the AM (start time 6/6:30am) or close the store (10/11pm).

Shift lead responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
