Crumbl Cookies is hiring immediately for a Shift Lead (Supervisor) with fast skills to join our team. A Shift Lead oversees quality control, training and management support, directing daily operations and guiding team members to meet standards.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, manages time effectively and strives for excellence, delivering great customer service while coordinating with store leadership to meet deadlines and store goals.

A Shift Lead is someone who will oversee quality control, training and management support. Duties primarily revolve around the general management of your direct reports, which include, but are not limited to, providing and demonstrating task instructions, and measuring key performance indicators.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, time management skills, and a passion for excellence.
