Job summary

CHAGEE is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Mission Viejo to lead a dynamic tea-focused team and ensure superior customer service and product quality. You will train and guide Shift Leads and Baristas, manage schedules, and support store operations while driving upselling and guest satisfaction.

The role requires supervision experience in food & beverage, barista background, and strong communication with a fast-paced, customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervision or management experience in a food & beverage retail environment.
• Previous Barista experience: 2+ years (preferred)
• Food Safety Certification (Company can assist)
• Excellent communications and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Support the management of a fantastic team and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Coach and correct Shift Leads & Baristas by conducting OJT.
• Assist in store scheduling and delegate duties.
• Monitor upselling and ensure each order is served to standard.
• Handle customer feedback and coach the team on solutions.
• Responsible for store cash handling per company rules.
• Forecast inventory usage and assist with ordering and receiving inventory.
