Job summary

CHAGEE is expanding into the US market and seeks a part-time Tea Barista for weekend shifts at the Brea Mall location. You will prepare premium tea drinks, learn the menu, and provide friendly customer service while maintaining clean work areas.

This role offers weekend availability, tip eligibility, and a supportive team environment. Ideal candidates are tea enthusiasts with strong communication, a team mindset, and willingness to learn SOPs.

Qualifications

• Barista experience: 1 year (preferred).
• Food Handler's Permit Needed (Company can assist).
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all drink orders to company standards.
• Follow SOPs and preparation manual closely.
• Learn and understand our menu to share tea insights with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Efficiently operate POS and receive payment from customers accurately.
