Job summary

CHAGEE, a modern teahouse with roots in Yunnan, is looking for a part-time Tea Barista at Westfield Culver City Mall. You will prepare drinks to standard, learn the menu, and deliver friendly service while following SOPs.

Shifts include morning, afternoon, evening, and weekends; training is provided and tea is free per shift. Ideal candidates are tea enthusiasts with strong communication skills, a team spirit, and a willingness to upsell.

Qualifications

• Barista experience: 1 year (preferred).
• Food Handler's Permit needed (Company can assist).
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all drink orders to company standards.
• Follow SOPs and preparation manual closely.
• Learn and understand the menu to upsell and share tea insights.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Efficiently operate POS and process payments accurately.
