Job summary

Jersey Mike's in Hiram, GA is seeking a part-time Shift Leader to oversee daily operations in the absence of the General Manager. You will lead a small crew, ensure opening and closing tasks run smoothly, and provide friendly service to guests.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of restaurant experience, can work 2 morning openings and 2 night closings, and communicate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment. Early pay is available as a bonus benefit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably as a shift lead.
• Able to work 2 morning openings and 2 night closings.
• Proven ability to multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Salary Range: $13.00 To $14.00 Hourly
