Job summary

LEGOLAND Discovery Center Philadelphia, part of the LEGO Group family, is hiring a Guest Experience Shift Lead to guide front-line teams, manage guest flow and champion safety at a busy family attraction.

You will train Hosts, coach performance, and coordinate with Operations, Admissions, and Retail to deliver magical guest experiences while fostering a fun, inclusive culture and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in attractions, entertainment, or service-based roles preferred.
• Proven customer service and guest interaction skills.
• Passion for entertaining children and families.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop others effectively.
• Fun, outgoing, and confident leadership style.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Commitment to delivering top-tier guest experiences.
