Oil States Industries in Texas is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise shop personnel and coordinate production activities to ensure quality products for customers. The role includes planning production schedules, assigning workloads across shifts, and ensuring on-time shipping while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Responsibilities also include reviewing and revising documents, ordering supplies, and training production staff.

Oil States is currently looking for qualified candidates for the position of Shift Lead.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide supervision of shop employees and coordinate activities to ensure quality products for customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare production schedules.
• Schedule employee workload.
• Ensure products are shipped on time.
• Ensure safe working environment and clean work area.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience required with multiple shift responsibility.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in production or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of weights and measures conversions.Strong organization skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Some physical activities such as lifting, bending, carrying, and pushing/pulling may be required.
• Prolonged standing.
• Lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and 20 pounds occasionally.
