Job summary

Oil States Industries, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise shop employees and coordinate activities to ensure quality products for customers in our Arlington, TX facility. You will manage production schedules, workloads, and on-time shipping.

Oil States is currently looking for qualified candidates for the position of Shift Lead.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide supervision of shop employees and coordinate activities to ensure quality products for customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare production schedules.
• Schedule employee workload.
• Ensure products are shipped on time.
• Ensure safe working environment and clean work area.
• Review and revise documents.
• Order supplies when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure proper training of production personnel.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Some physical activities such as lifting, bending, carrying, and pushing/pulling may be required.
• Prolonged standing.
• Lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and 20 pounds occasionally.
