• Proficient in Safety, Quality Systems and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Address safety issues or incidents promptly.
• Spend 75% of time on production floor leading associates.
• Staffing and training plans within the department.
• Provide regular, timely feedback to associates.
• Offer a learning environment and challenge associates to meet higher expectations.
• Maintain open communication between production associates and management.
• Represent associates' concerns to management and vice versa.
• Ensure fair and consistent policy application; involve HR when needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with Production Planning to set and monitor schedules.
• Track production metrics and report progress to management.
• Lead daily production operations.
• Perform other duties as required.
