Becton, Dickinson and Company in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the production unit on the Columbus, NE floor. You will coach staff on safety, quality, and process adherence while driving results aligned with schedules and BD policies.

You will ensure daily production operations, maintain open communication with management, and participate in continuous improvement as part of a collaborative team. Strong English communication and leadership are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate’s degree preferred; in lieu, 3 years supervisory manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day production activities on the manufacturing floor.
• Coach associates on safety, quality, and policy adherence.
• Staffing and training plans within the department.
• Provide regular, timely feedback to associates.
• Maintain open communication between production staff and management.
• Collaborate with Production Planning to meet schedules.
• Track production metrics and report progress.
• Ensure compliance with BD quality systems and safety regulations.
