BD is hiring for a shift production supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities in Columbus, NE. You will coach shift leaders, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and drive BD Excellence principles on the production floor.

You will work with Maintenance, Engineering, and Reliability to meet production goals, manage staffing and training, and ensure consistent policy application across shifts.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• English reading/writing required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production floor and coach shift leaders and associates.
• Address safety issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering and Reliability to address needs.
• Own TMS and 5S initiatives in assigned areas.
• Monitor staffing and training across shifts to ensure coverage.
