Responsibilities

• Set up and changeover production equipment.
• Keep equipment in good repair to meet quality standards.
• Generate accurate maintenance records as required.
• Ensure machine cleanliness and perform preventive maintenance.
• Provide coverage for others when needed.
• Assist operators during breaks and support on-the-floor leadership.
• Lead teams in scheduling, process improvement, and safety.
• Follow GMP rules and safety regulations on site.
• Perform other duties to support business needs.
