Job summary

Carrols, operating Burger King locations, is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead team members during assigned shifts, ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety standards are met, and drive guest satisfaction.

You will coach in the moment, address issues quickly, and exemplify leadership on a fast-paced, entry-level leadership track within BK operations. This role offers growth opportunities and competitive weekly pay.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems during busy shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences and BK standards.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew with feedback and development support.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and directing workflow.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures and assisting with inventory and truck orders.
