Job summary

Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency (MWVCAA) is seeking a Sheltering Case Manager to support high-need clients through intake, enrollment, and housing placement services. The role supports Housing First initiatives within the ARCHES Project, focusing on removing barriers and promoting self-sufficiency.

Ideal candidates have social service experience, an advanced degree with homeless service delivery background, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of related social service experience or equivalent.
• Advanced degree with two+ years homeless service delivery experience and mental health certifications/licensing preferred.
• Bilingual capabilities preferred.
• Driver’s license with valid insurance and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Direct client service including housing assessments and placement support.
• Develops Action Plans identifying needs, barriers and strengths.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate client tracking and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and grant requirements.
• Coordinate with ARCHES Project and housing partners for timely services.
