Job summary

Mid-Willamette Valley Community Action Agency seeks a Site Assistant to support ARCHES Project shelter operations in Polk and Marion counties. The role involves cleaning, data entry, client navigation to resources, and daily office tasks in a fast-paced community setting.

The position is grant-funded, full-time, with a swing shift from 4pm to 12:30am. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in public or social services, plus willingness to pass background

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years of work experience in a public or social service role.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provides program support including cleaning, site upkeep, laundry and supportive services.
• Engages clients, answers calls, and monitors client and facility safety.
• Assists with meal prep and distribution and access to computers and resources.
• Performs HMIS data entry and follow-up with clients.
• Participates in required trainings and supports program operations.
