Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Shelter Shift Leader to oversee day-to-day shelter operations and ensure cleanliness and order during the shift. You will supervise monitors, coordinate intakes, meals, and sanitation, and maintain shift documentation.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and a willingness to lead a team. A CA driver’s license is preferred, and prior experience in social services or shelter settings is a plus.
