Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.
• Overnight/shelter experience preferred.
• Experience supervising or leading staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nightly shelter operations with Shelter Supervisor.
• Supervise Program Aides during overnight shifts and delegate tasks.
• Enforce shelter policies, safety practices, and conduct standards.
• Address immediate shelter needs and coordinate with supervisors as needed.
• Maintain client confidentiality and accurate records of incidents.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and trainings as directed.
• Provide trauma-informed, respectful service to clients.
