Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in security procedures or similar roles.
• Experience with individuals who are homeless or suffering from addiction.
• Confidentiality: Works with highly confidential information.
• Mental/visual demands: Normal mental and visual capabilities.
• Physical: Stand for 4 hours, lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
• Work varying shifts including nights and weekends.
• Enter accurate objective documentation into the resident management system.
• Coordinate with staff during emergencies and alarms.
• Investigate and resolve security issues.
• Perform regular security checks of the facility and surrounding areas.
