St. Matthew’s House (Southwest Florida) seeks a dedicated Case Manager to provide resident-focused support in Emergency Housing/Shelter. You will advocate, set goals, access community resources, and work one-on-one to track progress toward self-sufficiency.
The role emphasizes compassionate, faith-based care and collaboration with staff, volunteers, and community partners to help residents achieve stability and transition to sustainable housing.

Provide case management to the residents in Emergency Housing/Shelter of St. Matthew’s House. The Case Manager will assist the resident in achieving self-sufficiency through advocacy; setting goals, accessing community resources and support services. Case manager will work one-on-one with residents to develop goals and evaluate progress.
St. Matthew’s House is a faith based 501(c)(3) charitable organization that exists to transform lives in a spiritual environment that is both compassionate and disciplined.
Education: High School Diploma required or equivalent; Certification in Addiction preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals who are homeless or suffering from addiction; Ministerial counseling preferred.
