You will monitor the shelter front desk, support administrative tasks, and ensure safety per policies while engaging with residents with respect and boundaries. The role requires incident awareness, basic security procedures, and the ability to perform shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in security or similar.
• Experience with individuals experiencing homelessness or addiction is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
• Monitor front desk and assist with administrative duties.
• Coordinate with staff during emergencies and alarms; report incidents and breaches.
• Conduct regular security checks of the facility and surroundings.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries with residents and guests.
