Primavera Foundation seeks a Shelter Operations Specialist for the 2nd shift (Wed–Sun, 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.) at the Primavera Men’s Shelter in Tucson, AZ.

The role focuses on creating a peaceful, safe environment, guiding participants toward self-sufficiency, and following established guidelines with a team-based approach. The position requires a high school diploma, 1 year of relevant experience, proficiency with computer systems, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency is required.
• 1 year of experience with people experiencing mental health concerns, substance use, housing insecurities, or related lived experience.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software, including database programs.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends as needed and adapt to shelter needs.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance for off-site meetings and travel.
