Job summary

Catholic Charities Eastern Washington is seeking an experienced operations supervisor to lead the House of Charity 24-hour program, ensuring safe, respectful service for all patrons and effective partnerships with community agencies.

You will supervise a diverse team of 15+ staff, manage scheduling, training, data entry in HMIS/Salesforce, and enforce policies while upholding HIPAA and the agency's values in a dynamic shelter environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and supervisory experience required.
• Experience with homelessness services or shelter operations strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and manage multiple priorities.
