Job summary

Catholic Community Services of Western Washington is seeking an Operations Assistant for the Southern Region to support shelter operations. You will handle clerical tasks, data collection, reporting, and volunteer coordination to ensure smooth program delivery at Bertha’s Place and Bertha’s Place Too.

You will recruit, train and schedule volunteers, manage front desk operations, and assist with procurement, events and data sharing with Clark County and VHA as needed.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma required.
• Strong computer skills with Windows Word and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Strong interpersonal skills and reliability.
• Must pass background checks and have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Operations Assistant for the Southern Region.
• Collect and input data for reports for funders and other departments.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and manage volunteers.
• Coordinate events and order supplies for the division.
• Administer bus passes and manage front desk operations.
• Maintain inventory and partner relationships.
