• Cultivate and elevate relationships with partner agencies, vendors and community resources.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize synergies among program areas.
• Lead hiring, recruiting, coaching, and staff development.
• Create a collaborative environment with clear expectations and proactive communication.
• Work with staff to achieve KPIs across program areas and ensure high-quality performance.
• Maintain accountability and drive performance standards across the team.
• Engage in strategic activities while handling hands-on program execution and administration.
• Assist with outcomes, data collection, and performance analysis.
• Maintain client files and documentation per QA, grant reporting, and auditing standards.
• Monitor health, safety, and welfare of clients and staff; ensure policies are followed.
• Provide regular supervision to direct services staff, delegating tasks and evaluating performance.
