Qualifications

• Previous work with homeless individuals and/or families, disabilities or other at‑risk populations.
• Ability to work alone and handle crises with good judgment, adequate communication skills – both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Manages the operations of the program during the day.
• Admits residents into shelter and assesses suitability for placement.
• Ensures supplies (food for snacks and lunches) are available.
• Updates staff logs with important shift information.
• Maintains logs of evening and weekend activities.
• Attends scheduled staff meetings.
• Adheres to agency policies and rules.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by Program Coordinator.
