Job summary

Denver Rescue Mission seeks a Community Life Coordinator to oversee day-to-day shelter operations at Fort Collins Rescue Mission and Harvest Farm. You will manage safety, cleanliness, and daily activities while coordinating with Northern Colorado shelters.

The role requires a HS diploma, strong communication, basic computer skills, and a Christian faith alignment. CPR certification within 90 days and a valid driver’s license are needed; occasional travel may occur.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification within 90 days of hire date.
• Active Driver’s License; some travel may be required.
• Must be a Christian and align with our Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security and safety of the facility and residents during shift.
• Follow Safety MSDS and safety procedures; handle difficult clients professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and dorm standards; manage inventory for daily operations.
• Conduct intake and data entry as needed; assist with Harvest Farm shuttle when required.
• Support Northern Colorado shelters and clinical staff as assigned.
