Volunteers of America-Greater New York is seeking a Residential Services Manager to oversee day-to-day program operations at Newton Hotel Family Shelter in Manhattan, ensuring front desk operations, safety and CAREs billing processes are managed efficiently.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree and three years of related experience; strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills; and proficiency with record keeping and computers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant work experience.
• Strong coordination skills, excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, accurate record keeping, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day program services office functions (HR items incl. payroll, invoices, vendor follow ups).
• Track and submit CAREs billing monthly (occupancy and census).
• Manage petty cash and inventory; maintain front desk operations 24/7.
• Document client admissions, vacancies and arrival/departure procedures.
• Oversee client incidents and CAREs/AWARDs data entry.
