Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is hiring a Shelter Monitor for the Everett New Start Center. This regular full-time position involves supporting shelter operations, conducting client intakes, ensuring a safe environment, and providing crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in public contact/customer service.
• Experience in a social service shelter is preferred.
• WA Driver's License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis and inquiry calls providing support and referrals.
• Conduct periodic inspections for safety and compliance.
• Conduct client intakes and departures as required.
