Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and maintain overall kitchen management.
• Ensure CACFP compliance, document meals, and submit daily meal data.
• Coordinate donation pickups and manage supplies within budget.
• Supervise staff and volunteers in meal service tasks.
• Train staff on ServSafe and CACFP activities.
• Liaise with partner programs and regulators and adhere to standards.
• Coordinate volunteer planning with Volunteer Coordinator.
• Evaluate guest satisfaction and propose improvements.
• Participate in All Staff meetings and uphold SVDP values.
