Job summary

You will conduct regular rounds, monitor safety and wellness, support medication-related activities, and document incidents using logs. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; six months experience with vulnerable populations.
• CPR and First Aid certification required; TB clearance annually.
• Ability to navigate shelter operations and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong written and oral communication; conduct rounds and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional front-desk support and greet visitors.
• Explain shelter rules; assist participants with services and resources.
• Maintain shift logs, participant records, and incident reports.
• Monitor safety, security, medication-related activities, and overall wellness.
• Coordinate with Case Managers, Program staff, and security; support operations.
