Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide and ensure client safety and positive behavior.
• Conduct hourly bed checks on all shifts and document findings.
• Enforce resident rules and policies consistently.
• Maintain shelter journal/log and review prior entries.
• Answer phones, take messages, and relay information.
• Coach residents through completing chores and provide training as needed.
• Help maintain cleanliness and order in offices and shared spaces.
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and organizational events.
• Complete trainings in a timely manner.
• Foster a positive and respectful work environment with clients and staff.
• Resolve conflicts professionally and respect others’ property.
• Support fundraising and special events.
