The Salvation Army Midland Division Family Haven Shelter in St. Louis, Missouri, seeks a Residential Care Supervisor to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and supervise 24‑hour Residential Aides and PRN staff across all shifts.

This full‑time role requires a Bachelor’s degree in human services and 3 years of related experience; supervisory and homeless services experience is preferred. You may be required to fill vacancies and cover rotating shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in human service/social service field and 3 years of related work experience required.
• Supervisory and homeless services experience strongly preferred.
• Must be available to fill vacant shifts to ensure proper coverage of facility.
• Requires basic computer word processing, spreadsheet and email skills.

Aufgaben

• Supervise Residential Aides (RA) and PRN staff on all shifts.
• Provide initial and ongoing training and development for RA/PRN staff.
• Schedule 24‑hour RA staffing and cover for absences when needed.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings and annual evaluations.
• Maintain resident rosters, bed counts, and data entry into HMIS/SIMS.
