Responsibilities

• Build ceramic shell molds by dipping wax patterns into slurry and applying coatings.
• Operate shellroom equipment (mixers, fluidized beds, drying systems).
• Monitor viscosity and temperature to ensure process control.
• Inspect wax assemblies and shell builds for defects.
• Follow production schedules to meet output targets.
• Maintain production and quality records.
• Keep shellroom clean and safe; follow company safety standards.
