Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a skilled production associate to support metal casting operations in our Franklin, NH facility. You will prepare daily production and melting schedules, weigh furnace charges, and maintain precise records of materials and charges.

Safety, accuracy, and efficiency are essential in this role, with opportunities for overtime and advancement. Qualifications include a high school diploma (GED acceptable) and at least 3 years of trade experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• At least 3 years of trade experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily production and melting schedules and furnace charges.
• Weigh out and prepare furnace charges from charge sheets.
• Maintain records of materials received, on hand and issued.
• Prepare periodic use and level reports.
• Follow safety requirements and wear PPE.
• Perform physical inventories.
