Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) Ogden is seeking an entry-level shell mold operator to support the production line. You will hang wax setups, prepare slurries, apply slurries and stuccos to patterns, and assemble core packs while following procedures and safety rules.

This role requires basic math, ability to lift up to 35 lbs, good English reading skills, and willingness to work overtime in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided to meet PCC Shell certifications.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is a minimum requirement.
• Basic math and reading proficiency are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Hang wax setups on conveyor line.
• Prepare, maintain and test slurries per procedures.
• Apply correct slurries and stuccos to patterns per procedures.
• Apply core pack to patterns.
• Use the dry time system per procedures.
• Tear down setups from hangers and clean shell with tools.
• Ensure paperwork is completed properly.
• Work in a production environment and comply with safety rules.
