Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is hiring a Shell Winder for the 2nd shift at our Nacogdoches, TX facility. Core hours are 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.; overtime may be required. The role focuses on winding transformer coils using defined procedures and machine controls.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, inputting run data, inspecting coils for quality, and maintaining safe, efficient operations in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Within 50-mile radius of the Nacogdoches, TX facility.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Set up coil winding machine and wind transformers per specifications.
• Identify coil part numbers, input data into machine, and ensure correct alignment.
• Operate and monitor the winding process, measure materials, and log outputs.
• Maintain safety: follow 5S+ practices and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
