Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division in Nacogdoches, TX is seeking a Regs Winder - 2nd Shift to set up, wind, and insulate coils using a computer-controlled winding machine. The role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will interpret winding specifications, prepare materials, operate tools, perform basic measurements, log production data, and participate in continuous improvement efforts while following lockout/tagout procedures and 5S housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Must reside within 50 miles of the Nacogdoches, TX facility.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Set up, wind, and insulate coils on winding machines.
• Identify coil part numbers and input data into the machine during setup.
• Interpret winding specifications and set up machine per setup screen.
• Perform basic material measurement, assembly and alignment checks.
• Adhere to safety protocols including lockout/tagout and PPE usage.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and log production data.
