Job summary

Eaton is hiring a Production Support Operator (Regs Winding) for the 2nd shift at the Nacogdoches, TX facility. Core hours are 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. with mandatory overtime possible. Base hourly rate is $19.75, plus a $1.35 shift differential.

Role involves multi-station tasks, material checks, coil winding prep, and safe operation of forklifts, cranes, and related equipment. Benefits include health and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Ability to operate safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in material handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks across multiple work stations including ovens, kitting, cutting, set up, press/bake, assembly weld booth, and material handling.
• Verify size, part number, condition, and quantity of issued materials.
• Prepare and distribute materials for coil winding and assemble kits for coil orders.
• Operate machines for sizing, cutting, and drilling in winding processes.
• Oversee lockout/tagout protocols and operate overhead cranes and hoists safely.
• Aim to achieve target production rates while maintaining safety and quality.
