Qualifications

• Rotate through all the cleaning/shell removal processes.
• Cleaning and blasting skills; knowledge of blasting machines and gating.
• Work independently and follow instructions/read process sheets.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations (addition/subtraction).
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally; PPE usage.
• Physically capable to lift 30–50 lbs; endure tough conditions.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through shell removal/cleaning processes per production needs.
• Verify lot/part identification and move parts between stations.
• Train other operators on job accountabilities.
• Operate knockoff, gritblast, waterblast, shotblast, and leach tank tasks.
• Inspect parts for cleanliness and report defects.
