Qualifications

• Shell Removal Operator Trainer certification desired or Tat's certified within 30 days.
• Self motivation and high performance with little supervision.
• Top 20% performance in Project Team Build issues and good work habits.
• No disciplinary action for Quality, Productivity or Behavior in last 12 months.
• Willing to change department assignments and work across departments as needed.
• Strong history of progression through Shell Removal Operator Training and Certification program.
• Ability to follow instructions, observe progress, and record technical data.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ensure directions are understood.
• Good facilitation to teach individuals or small groups.
• Satisfactory attendance and safety records.
• Must have held Shell Removal Operator position in last 3 years for 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Train and Certify Shell Removal Operators.
• Create and revise training modules.
• Establish and revise written evaluation.
• Design and update skills demonstration and criteria for Qualification and certification.
• Maintain records of employees and departments.
• Perform ongoing evaluation and random audits.
• Stay current on Shell Removal Operator techniques.
