Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Keosauqua, Iowa, currently seeks a Team Lead for Production (Sheetmetal, Paint, Kitting, Welding, Woodshop). Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production activities and assign tasks to meet daily targets.
• Ensure safety, PPE readiness, and a clean, orderly work area.
• Provide coaching and document performance, positives and concerns.
• Read orders and BOMs, identify parts and required tools.
