Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in manufacturing or production.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics.
• Proficiency with handheld tools and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment and that the team works safely.
• Assign tasks to meet daily production targets.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching and document performance.
• Read blueprints/schematics to identify parts and required tools.
• Assist with lean initiatives and continuous improvement events.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Adapt to rapidly changing situations on the production floor.
